We are dedicated to ensuring that we are on time for all of our bookings but the business is not responsible for delays out of our control such as traffic and extreme weather conditions.
We reserve the right to alter our original agreement where necessary if the original design is unsuitable on the day. For example, if the venue is not suitable for the set up originally planned.
The client will need to confirm with the venue that the business will have suitable access on the day. The business will not be responsible for the set up not being completed if the agreed time-frame is not fulfilled. We will not be held liable for any damage caused to or by the balloons once the set up is complete. Whilst we use the highest quality balloons and take precautions to ensure that they last through the event, once we have left the venue they are out of our control. Please read our balloon care guide to ensure that they last as long as possible once we have left the venue.
Outside set up’s may be affected by the weather and we will not be responsible for this.
