Do you deliver & set up the items?

Yes! All of our products are delivered to you whether it be a small balloon or a big set up. For our bigger setups everything will be setup for you by us and then we will come back to dismantle and collect hire items.

Can I personalise my balloon & setup?

Yes! All of our products can be personalised with your choice of name / wording.

How long can I hire the products for?

For our hire items, it depends on the event. This will be discussed at time of booking.

Do you have insurance?

Yes we are fully insured by BAPIA, included in this is Public Liability Insurance.

Are your LED items PAT tested?

Yes! All of our products are PAT tested every year.

Where do you deliver to?

We are based in Lowestoft and offer delivery and setups to surrounding area's. We may be able to deliver further out to other areas in Suffolk & Norfolk. Please contact us to see if we deliver to your area.
